Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 21, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you download, access, or use Nemor, including the Nemor iOS app, Share Extension, website, and related features (together, the "Service").
By using Nemor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Provider and Contact
Nemor is developed and operated by Nikolaos Vasileiadis, an independent developer based in Greece.
You can contact us at:
Email: hello@nemor.app
Website: https://nemor.app
3. What Nemor Does
Nemor helps you save, organize, search, and rediscover links, videos, articles, social media posts, and other online content for your own personal reference.
Nemor may let you:
- save links manually or through the iOS Share Sheet;
- organize saved links with folders, tags, hashtags, notes, and favorites;
- view link previews, titles, thumbnails, creators, and other metadata;
- search and rediscover saved content;
- sync supported app data through Apple's private iCloud/CloudKit services when available and enabled;
- access paid Premium features through an App Store subscription.
Nemor does not provide a public social network, public user profiles, a marketplace, or user-to-user transactions.
4. License to Use Nemor
Subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nemor on devices you own or control.
Nemor is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, design, text, branding, icons, and other materials, except for rights expressly granted to you in these Terms.
5. Apple App Store Terms
If you download Nemor from Apple's App Store, your use of the Service must also follow Apple's applicable terms and policies, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.
Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, payment methods, and billing issues are handled by Apple under your Apple Account and Apple's terms.
6. Your Content
"Your Content" means the links, folders, tags, hashtags, notes, favorites, metadata, and other information you save or create in Nemor.
You keep ownership of Your Content. Saving a link in Nemor does not give you ownership of the third-party content at that link.
Nemor stores your saved app data locally on your device and, where enabled, in your private iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit services. The developer of Nemor does not run a separate user account database for your saved library and does not have direct access to the links, folders, tags, notes, or favorites you save.
You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure your use of Nemor respects applicable laws and third-party rights.
7. Link Previews and Third-Party Content
When you save a link, Nemor may fetch metadata from the linked website or from an oEmbed provider. This can include titles, descriptions, thumbnails, creator names, provider names, and other preview information.
Nemor does not control third-party websites, apps, platforms, publishers, or creators. Saved links may change, disappear, become inaccurate, require login, or stop working. Third-party content remains subject to the third party's own terms, copyright rules, access restrictions, and privacy practices.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Nemor lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- use Nemor to violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- use Nemor to save, organize, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious content;
- attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, DRM, or other technical protections;
- interfere with, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or misuse the Service except where allowed by law;
- use automation, scraping, or excessive requests in a way that could harm Nemor, Apple services, or third-party services;
- share access to paid features in a way that bypasses App Store or subscription controls.
We may restrict or stop access to Nemor if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused, these Terms are being violated, or we are required to do so by law or platform rules.
9. Premium Subscriptions
Nemor may offer a free plan and a paid Premium plan.
The free plan may be limited to a certain number of saved links. Premium may unlock unlimited saves or other features shown in the App or on the website.
Subscription prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trials, promotions, and included features are shown before purchase in the App Store or purchase screen.
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing period shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Cancelling a subscription usually stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previous payments. Refund requests are handled under Apple's refund process and applicable App Store rules.
Nemor use RevenueCat to manage subscription offerings, purchases, restores, entitlement status, paywalls, and subscription-related functionality. RevenueCat supports the subscription infrastructure but is not the merchant for App Store purchases.
If your Premium subscription expires, is cancelled, or cannot be renewed, Nemor may return you to the free plan. Existing saved links are not intentionally deleted by Nemor because of a downgrade, but you may be unable to save more links until you reduce your saved links below the free limit or subscribe again.
10. iCloud Sync
Nemor may use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to sync supported app data across devices signed in to the same Apple Account, when iCloud is available and enabled for Nemor.
iCloud Sync depends on Apple services, your Apple Account, iCloud settings, device settings, available storage, network access, and CloudKit behavior. We do not control Apple's infrastructure and cannot guarantee that iCloud Sync will always be available, instant, or error-free.
If you disable iCloud, sign out of your Apple Account, delete iCloud data, uninstall the App, or change device settings, your access to synced data may be affected.
11. Notifications
Nemor may ask for permission to send notifications, such as reminders, Rediscover notifications, weekly summaries, badges, or related app notifications.
You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings. Turning off notifications may limit notification-based features, but it will not stop you from saving and organizing links.
12. Crash Reporting and Diagnostics
Nemor may use Firebase Crashlytics to help detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and stability issues.
Crash reporting is used to improve reliability. Nemor does not use crash reports for advertising.
13. Availability, Changes, and Support
We aim to keep Nemor useful and reliable, but we do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or remove parts of the Service where reasonably necessary, for example to maintain security, comply with law, adapt to platform changes, fix bugs, or improve the product. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to paid features.
14. Intellectual Property
Nemor, including its name, icon, interface, design, software, graphics, text, and other materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not use Nemor branding or materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, ownership, or official connection unless we have given written permission.
15. Disclaimers
Nemor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:
- the Service will always work without interruption or errors;
- saved links, metadata, thumbnails, or third-party content will always be accurate or available;
- iCloud Sync or other third-party services will always work as expected;
- the Service will meet every specific need or expectation.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protection rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, service interruption, device issues, or inability to access saved links or third-party content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to Nemor or these Terms is limited to the greater of:
- EUR 50; or
- the amount you paid for Nemor Premium during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Termination
You may stop using Nemor at any time. You can delete the App, delete saved content where the App provides that option, disable iCloud Sync, or cancel your subscription through Apple.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. To stop future renewals, cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, create legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law or platform rules.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Nemor. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
19. Consumer Rights and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, excluding conflict of law rules.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence. These Terms do not limit mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
20. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add features, change paid offerings, adapt to platform requirements, or need to reflect legal changes.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you where required.
Continued use of Nemor after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
